We are a small regional based team who care about our clients, their people and the place we live.
We bring all of our expertise to small and medium sized businesses throughout New Zealand. We are based in Palmerston North and Wellington and work with clients from the north of the north to the south of the south, big cities and small and everywhere in between.
How it all started
It all started when Robyn moved to Palmerston North in 2015 after living in Wellington for a number of years and working as a HR Consultant.
The move created something Robyn didn't expect - the ability to provide common sense and no-fuss advice and support for businesses on all things people related.
Since 2019, the team has gradually expanded with people who share the same attitude and passion for providing businesses with great people/HR advice and support.
A bit about Robyn…
Robyn has done all manner of interesting (and much less interesting things) involving HR and people, both in New Zealand and around the world.
Having worked in multi-nationals, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, sales, professional services, grocery, trades, public sector and not-for-profit organisations, all of varying sizes, she enjoys the variety and is easily able to adjust to a client’s environment and industry. She’s always interested to learn and understand a new industry, product or service.

A bit about Helen…
Helen started her career in HR in the UK, and worked for a number of large public sector organisations and not for profit organisations, amongst others. Helen moved to NZ in 2012 and since then has gained further experience in both operational and strategic HR, with a strong focus on employment issues and in particular coaching managers on how to resolve those difficult employment situations. Helen has a pragmatic approach and appreciates that no two businesses are the same. She enjoys the challenge of finding the best possible outcome for each business.
