Genna Coleman
Genna’s road to HR started in the rural insurance sector. She made the side step into HR by enrolling at Massey as an adult student, graduating in 2018.
Since then, she’s experienced HR in a manufacturing environment which was a great platform before joining the RYHR team in late 2022.
Being a huge fan of breaking the HR stereotype, Genna and has an innate ability to create meaningful relationships with clients. Maybe it’s her hilarious sense of humour or the fact that she’s simply a good sort.
She’ll work through situations with a pragmatic and caring approach, seeing things through to their conclusion.
Outside of work, Genna loves a good book, helping her husband in their expansive flower gardens and making flower bouquets, and hanging out with Gav, the golden retriever.
