Helen McCaul

Helen is our Wellington based HR Consultant, working remotely from her home in beautiful Plimmerton.  Being a remote worker she is a dab hand at supporting our clients up and down the country by phone and video call (you may also see her cat make an appearance on screen from time to time). 

Helen has worked at an operational and strategic level across many organisations.  Clients continually tell us how much they appreciate her. She has a calm and pragmatic approach which works well when coaching clients to resolve tricky situations (ER is her speciality).  We couldn’t agree more!

Having moved from the suburbs of South London to the south coast of the North Island, Helen’s happy place is by the water, enjoying the beautiful walks around where she lives or splashing around with her two girls.
