Odette Wilson
Odette is our Whanganui based consultant who embraces hybrid working, by working from both our Palmerston North office and from home.
Odette’s experience spans kiwi business large and small, and crosses a range of industries from law to television/media, beauty and IT. Having worked at all levels of HR, Odette prides herself on understanding the business context within which people decisions are made and is known for her ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
With good judgement and an incredibly calm style, Odette is all about resolving issues promptly and with respect, which ultimately helps clients make decisions aligned with their values.
On days off, Odette can be found in her ceramics studio, adventuring with her miniature schnauzer Monty or baking for the charity Good B****** Baking. (Home | GBB)
