Julie joined the team in 2022 with an event, admin, marketing, and customer service background. Now she is adding recruitment and HR to her repertoire. Having grown up on a dairy farm, if you chat to us about agri recruitment, Julie will be your person!
The aspect of HR and recruitment that Julie gets the most out of is connecting with people (clients and candidates). She especially likes the challenge of finding that ‘right’ person who fits with the team, culture, and organisation.
Julie has her own side hustle. On her days off, she is a Marriage Celebrant! Having done this for a few years now, she’s seen a fair few couples ‘tie the knot’ in the Manawatu and Horowhenua area.
