Who this is for

People Leaders is designed for anyone who manages or leads people, future leaders who want a head start, and people who look after the HR function in an organisation.

You can be from medium, small and large organisations, and from any industry.

Why you should do this programme

People Leaders combines increasing HR knowledge and skills with on the job learning.

Often people leaders are expected to know how to lead without the support and development to do it really well.

To solve this, we created People Leaders - seven workshops (in person) that cover the essential areas of HR.

Workshops are designed to give participants the opportunity to put their learning into practice in a safe and supported environment.
