Outsourced RYHR

Outsourced RYHR is a popular option for clients who require regular, ongoing support. We match you with one of our HR consultants to provide you with the HR support you need but often can’t find due to the cost or lack of availability of quality HR professionals.  

As an extension of your team, our HR consultants get to know your business and people, working with you (either on site or virtually) on anything and everything HR related. This could be project work, day to day HR tasks or those urgent issues that crop up.  

Billed monthly, and for a set number of hours or days of your choosing, our Outsourced RYHR plans are for an initial 3-month period. This enables us to get to know you, your team and organisation, deal with any issues that might be lingering (a.k.a. the low hanging fruit), create an action plan and begin to see results.  

For small / medium businesses, we don’t believe in locking people into long term contracts or cancellation fees. After the initial 3-month period, if things change, clients need to give us one months’ notice to cancel.
