People Management / Leadership Coaching

Being able to successfully lead and manage a team is often something that managers learn on the fly.  We believe that when it comes to people, managers do best when on the job training happens alongside individual people management / leadership coaching. 

Whether via video, phone or in person, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, we develop simple plans that use what is going on in the business to support your management and leadership capabilities.

Performance and Development Plans / Frameworks

If your performance management process is more of a chore than interesting exercise, it’s probably time to take a look at how you can make this work for your business.

Work with us to develop a framework for regular performance catch ups (monthly in the ideal world), setting motivating KPIs, and identifying development needs.  As well as developing managers who have the confidence to discuss performance (good and not so good) with their team and see some real results.

Workshops

If you are needing someone to facilitate or train your managers or team on an HR related topic, we develop and facilitate a range of workshops. 

Topics can include bullying, harassment and discrimination, recruitment / interviewing, performance management, disciplinary processes and having those challenging conversations.
