Administrator
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our Construction and Sales teams.
Your typical day will include supporting and driving a Health and Safety workplace culture through all that you say and do. You will be the go-to person for both the construction and sales teams, ensuring consents, code of compliance certificates, sales contract documentation is correct and completed within agreed timeframes and actively participate in weekly meetings. You will keep the team accountable to ensure their work is completed to a high standard.
An eye for detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and a friendly personality will ensure we deliver the highest level of professionalism and service to our customers, suppliers and G.J’s team. You're excited by finding new and better ways of working and are naturally focused on delivering great results. Known for being approachable and adaptable, you will enjoy learning new things and working in a great team.
You will be confident with different IT systems and picking up new technology. It would be great if you had some knowledge of the New Zealand building industry but it is essential that you hold a current and full NZ Driver’s License.
This a full-time role based in Masterton working Monday to Friday. Hours of work can be negotiated between 8:00am- 5:00pm.
